This is Ecopak™ EPLX200, an environmentally friendly fabric. This fabric uses 100% recycled polyester components.
The EPLX200 is great for packs, bike bags, and many other outdoor gear projects. It can be used to repair packs you already have or start from scratch and make your own gear. This fabric is sold per 1/2 yard.

- Unlike other fabric companies that use solvent-based adhesive, Challenge Sailcloth's system contains no Volatile Organic Compounds to pollute the air, land, or sea.
Ecopak™ Reduces Waste
- Challenge Sailcloth's signature 45 degree Blue recycled CrossPly yarn improves pattern orientation and reduces cutting waste by about 10%.
Ecopak™ is Certified Recycled
- Woven components are 100% Repreve recycled polyester.
- The special Challenge RUV recycled film is 100% recycled and 97% UV resistant.
