VERVE Strongman Sandbags
The VERVE Strongman Sandbags offer a flexible and easy to transport alternative to heavy balls and stones. Loadable sand bags are provided empty and require clean dry sand to fill the inner bags and must be filled to weight using scales and are designed for their specific weights listed and not to be overfilled or filled with other products other than clean dry sand. These sandbags are heavy duty and able to withstand drops, but they are not designed to be slammed.
Strongman Sandbags are available in four sizes, with max fill capacities of 50LB, 100LB, 150LB and 200LB.* Each Sandbag has a built-in filler bag with an additional zipper and hook-and-loop closure—ensuring filler material stays fully contained as you work through your workout.
Quick filling guide:
- Place the inner bag within the outer cover
- Open the Velcro tab on the top of the inner bag
- Fill with sand to the weight listed (Do not over fill)
- Close the Velcro tab on the inner bag
- Fold the tab over twice and connect the exposed Velcro to triple seal the inner bag
- Zip the outer bag close
- Affix the Velcro tab over the zipper
Note: The zipper protection flap is not designed to be a handle. Using the flap to pull the loaded bag may result in damage to the stitching and is not covered under warranty.
*Please Note: Loadable weight of the VERVE Strongman Sandbag depends on the density and size of the media being used. Certain media may cause the overall weight of the bag to be greater than or less than projected weight capacity. For exact weight load we recommend purchasing the Ki-Carma 20kg Coarse Landscape Sand from your local Bunnings store. Due to the nature of the fabric and the directed use, the VERVE Strongman Sandbags may expand over time with use. Additionally, these bags are not prefilled.
